How Do We Overcome Sales Objections, Choose a Great Job, and Secure the Best Outcomes for Ourselves
Because a better life aligns our time, attention, and energy.
Everyone wants the best for themselves. Selfish? Nay.
Deep down, we are on a never-ending journey to achieve our life goals. There are many things we want to achieve in life. Take, for instance, passive income. We do not get passive income streams right from the get-go.
It takes effort, continuous improvement, non-stop action(s) to get there.
From this perspective, overcoming sales objections and securing the best job there is, is akin to life goal pursuits.
Before I continue, this YouTube video explains my thoughts in detail.
What It Means to Choose the Best Jobs For Ourselves
I want a high-paying job. I will make you a bet and I know I will win this bet. You want a high-paying job too.
But the labor market is competitive. When everyone wants the same high-paying job, the best candidate (or the well-acquainted) wins the contest.
Hang on a second.
Though we may not win that high-paying job, the process of pursuing it is worthy of our time. Simply put, it allows us to level up our competence, and grow new skill sets.
Although the headline for this YouTube video is written in an either-or perspective, in reality, we can have our cake and eat it.
